Etchwood rustic wood beams are built using solid wood, fabricated into 3 or 4 sided hollow wooden beams. Our unique corner profile creates a strong, seamless edge along with our Etchwood texture, creating almost unlimited possibilities in recreating custom rustic barn timbers for your construction project.
Textured
Unique pieces were carefully selected and a dimensional scan recreated on a modern machine to reproduce those same marks.
Stained
The staining process is very unique. First, the wood is sanded to remove any rough edges. Second, the first coat is applied. Lastly, the second coat is misted on and then wiped so that the stain only applies in the grooves.
Delivery
Finally, the product is delivered to your home and ready to be installed. (We currently do not do the installation)
